Shelf Life: Our products are made the right way, smoked & fresh, and not overly dried or overly preserved, and must be refrigerated after arrival. Shelf life is 90 days unopened in refrigerator, and 1 year unopened in a freezer. Consume within 10 days after opening, which is usually not an issue for a product this good... Enjoy :)

UPS Ground: Ships Monday and Tuesday Only.(Orders must be in by 2pm CST Tuesday)

UPS 2nd Day Air will ship Monday - Wednesday (Orders must be in by 2:00pm CST Wednesday)

UPS Next Day Air: Ships Monday - Friday (Orders must be in by 2:00pm CST Friday)

 All of our orders are shipped in coolers, with ice packs.

REFRIGERATE UPON ARRIVAL - The ice packs enclosed maintains product stability. Although it may not be frozen upon arrival, it will protect your product during shipment.
