Shelf Life: Our products are made the right way, smoked & fresh, and not overly dried or overly preserved, and must be refrigerated after arrival. Shelf life is 90 days unopened in refrigerator, and 1 year unopened in a freezer. Consume within 10 days after opening, which is usually not an issue for a product this good... Enjoy :)

UPS Ground: Ships Monday and Tuesday Only. (Orders must be in by 2pm CST Tuesday)

UPS 2nd Day Air will ship Monday - Wednesday (Orders must be in by 2pm CST Wednesday)

UPS Next Day Air: Ships Monday - Friday (Orders must be in by 2pm CST Friday)

Any orders greater than 3 day ground, time we recommend 2 day air or faster shipping for your order to arrive fresh.

REFRIGERATE UPON ARRIVAL - All of our orders are shipped in coolers, with ice packs. The ice packs enclosed maintains product stability. Although it may not be frozen upon arrival, it will protect your product during shipment.
