Shelf Life: Our products are made the right way, smoked & fresh, and not overly dried or overly preserved, and must be refrigerated after arrival. Shelf life is 90 days unopened in refrigerator, and 1 year unopened in a freezer. Consume within 10 days after opening, which is usually not an issue for a product this good... Enjoy :)
